Here we go

I think there is a big thing missing from my overall health: mindfulness. I mean to be healthy, I just forget! That sounds like I'm an airhead, but it's simply that I have so much going on and my priorities are misaligned. I don't always make time to get exersize, or stop and consider that I really enjoyed that first glass of wine and don't need another, nor do I really want the burger if I remember how I feel about 30 minutes later. Health magazine recommended going at this more like a man: "all in.". I'm best at the things I really dive into, so that's the plan. I'm diving in and will attempt to record thoughts daily to keep me mindful.
