I drink about 1% of the water I should on a regular basis. Literally, I think. During the week I start my day with white tea. During the day I usually have another cup of green tea or a latte. Other than that, nada. Sometimes I don't even drink with meals. Today is a Sunday; I've had two cappuccinos, and one beer. That's all! Holy cow! As of that realization I am now downing a liter of water, but it wasn't because I realized I was dehydrated or anything natural. I wonder how different I would feel if I could remain hydrated. I enjoy drinking water from my camelbak so I am going to take it to the office tomorrow to see if that helps.
Other than not drinking water, salt would be a dehydrator, so let me consider that as well. When I cook fresh foods I do tend to add salt while cooking but just a pinch for flavor enducing purposes - I really don't think it's a lot. I do tend to snack salty - popcorn with salt, crackers, etc. I alos eat out lunch during the week which im sure holds tons of salt I will see what comes up tomorrow.
